Why does she care the way she does?
After Angelika’s family was murdered, her life was full of chaos, pain, brainwashing, and hatred. She had little else to do at this time, other than to dream of a future where things would be better. When she escaped her past and moved to Erudus she developed a physical reaction to pain, hers and others. Although it may be dangerous, she feels she must intervene to stop others hurting as she once did.
What are Angelika’s identifiable characteristics that are unusual?
Angelika’s laugh is unusual. It is loud, uneven, and her voice often cracks. It is not hard to hear her in a crowd.
Because Angelika has Albinism in her eyes, they are lavender. The lack of melanin causes to look like she is weeping when she is not. Angelika often wears dark glasses to allow her to see better.
What comfort objects or rituals does Angelika have?
Angelika has an old amethyst bracelet that she fingers when she is stressed. The bracelet is cracked in areas, and the clasp opens by itself and the bracelet gets lost. The bracelet shows up in strange ways.
When the day is done, and the planets are easily visible from the mountain, Angelika will sit and watch the stars for awhile. After every major event, she does this. Angelika finds this grounding.
Angelika’s character tags - What differentiates her from other characters?
Angelika falls several times a day, and she always falls at bad moments. While early on in her career, Angelika used to hate falling, over the years she came to terms with the falls and developed ways to limit her injuries. She also developed a sense of humor about these events, making these events less problematic as they used to be.
Angelika’s Goal
Born out of Angelika’s dissatisfaction with the people surrounding her choosing to hate the other, Angelika’s goal is to work with people to eradicate hatred and pain from Erudus.

Angelika’s direction is to reclaim her voice and use it to restore harmony to a divided world, transforming both herself and the fate of Erudus
Angelika’s Attitude
What she feels like early on:
Doesn’t trust easily (especially men)
Scans for danger.
Emotionally distant at all times - even when she needs help
Mid Core tension:
She wants to understand her magic, but fears it
Angelika remains aloof and has hard edges with most people. She has kindness and softness with animals and children.
End-state attitude:
Calm and confident, instead of reactive and arrogant.
