Key 3 - Evocation Magic - The Solari Family
Status
The 3rd key, Evocation Magic, and descendants of the third magical family, the Solari’s are active in the magical community. Many of the family use their abilities working with the Magaus Alliance.
Why the Solari’s?
The Solari family has lived in the Zynta Tract, a region in the center of the Milky way galaxy. The family started out as members of a crew that battled fires in their galaxy. Often these fires were set by lightening. Other members of the family, worked as guards in prisons, and protected politicians and dignitaries.
Sometimes, but rarely, individuals in the Solari family were able to see spirits. Before the bacterial change they could only view what spirits were doing
When the Tumbgala war came, Aurelia Ravenwood went with the crowd to face the Kilgerat. She was one of the 13 who survived the bacteria. Aurelia was sick for only six months before her powers came. First, she began to attract and control fire, then she was able to predict when it would snow, and eventually she was able to communicate with spirits.

Most important accomplishments by the family
Zephryn was one of the first soldiers to work for the newly formed Magaus Alliance.
Orielle worked for the Magaus Alliance in the spiritual arm of the service. Her job was to help spirits move to the other realm. She rose very quickly in the ranks.
Calyra helped her local political party to work with others around her region to negotiate trade treaties and ease tensions between opposing factions. She helped her planet to negotiate the first treaty between the Ondiun, her people, and their neighboring planet Sedom. The treaty negotiated the release of over one thousand prisoners and prevented an all out war between the two communities.
Lucien rose in power until he became the head of the spiritual unit of the SW areaof the Magaus alliance.
Selene and Salim worked for the Magaus Alliance. They traveled between the nests working in training and leadership programs. Selene and Salim quit the alliance after Salim was hurt in a work related training incident.
Lyra is currently a junior member of the 14th central unit of the SW hive. She works in the supernatural unit, moving within the region to help spirits move on.

Lucien dying at the age of 46 after being dragged into the spiritual after world by some unhappy spirits.
Salim put his trust in a wrong trainee. The trainee was too eager to gain power and tried learning magic more quickly than he should. Salim was hurt when the trainee lost control and blew a wall of a hall in the hive inwards. It took Salim a year of therapy to partially recover.

Relationships to the other magical families of the top 13
The Solari’s became friends with the Clearwaitier family (Masters of Key 9 - Enchantment Magic) after Eleinia worked with them to create a magical primer to aid in the transition of spirits to the other world.
Became partners with members of the Wolfbound family (Type 7 - Elemental Magic). The families worked to destroy evil spirits using thought, word and the use of air currents.
