Since ancient times there have been gates between the worlds. As time went by, they were forgotten and were thought to be stories that helped to entertain Erudians on those long evenings when the bitter winds blew. No one knew, that the gates were real, still working, and waiting for the right person to rediscover them.
For Angelika Moonglenn, the gate just seemed to appear when she needed it most. It was more than a doorway, it was her chance to escape her life and the only place she had ever known.
Stepping through the gate from Girt, Angelika steps into an unknown world with only her memories, her fear, and the belief that no where could be worse than Girt.
But Erudus is not what she expects. She finds an ancient cave system, inner magic, and a world needing to be saved.
And, for some reason, an opinionated white lynx named Jynx, attaches himself to her.
