All over Erudus magic has gathered in the waters and landscapes. In some ancient cities and forgotten dark places it is rumoured that the greatest power awaits to be awakened.
Some of these powers may heal, some of them may trick, but all are not what anyone expected.
When ordinary water transforms into something extraordinary
The charmed waters region is known for its lakes, rivers, ponds, water filled caves and proximity to the ocean.
There are other water regions on Erudus, but the water in this region can be used to transform magical ingredients. It can be used to strengthen powers, combined to make spells of love, luck, and memory, and is the basis for some of the shadow spells.
Charmed Water uses are endless, but don’t take too much from Erudus. She remembers and may take back its own, by demanding payment in blood.

The fountain of second shadows allows magical beings the ability to visit rejected decisions. By watching their second shadow they can see what would have happened in their life if they had chose a different path.
But beware. The shadow can be a trickster and show you false information, or you may like what the shadow shows you so much, that you will be obsessed and feel 🌙Shadow Yearning.
Deep on Erudus there are places where magic has seeped into stone, air and earth. Some of these places have stories where the birth of power has been documented.
But sometimes the magic has been there since before time was recorded.
The archive tries to understand it, but much is unknown.

Classifications
What Makes a Place Magical?
Magic comes in different forms. In some places concentrated naturally occurring magic happens, in others, life threatening events, magical creatures, spirits and celestial events, can cause power to be impressed on the land. Occasionally, repeated magical practice, or the use of charmed objects, can push power into Erudus.
In some cases, no one understands why a place is magical. Research continues.
These places are not necessarily dangerous. Sometimes they’re just unpredictable. Sometimes their just misunderstood.
